★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención para estudios clínicos es excelente, la demanda es alta ya que realizan pruebas Covid.
Deberían tener más cuidado de separar a las personas que se realizan pruebas Covid de aquellos que necesitan realizarse otros estudios ya que se corre el riesgo de contagiar a los demás. Incluso la salida que es directo al estacionamiento están todas las personas sospechosas a Covid.
The attention for clinical studies is excellent, the demand is high since they carry out Covid tests.
They should be more careful to separate people who are undergoing Covid tests from those who need to undergo other studies since there is a risk of infecting others. Even the exit that is direct to the parking lot are all Covid suspicious people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué desde las 6 AM a realizar una prueba covid de antígeno y se tardaron 2 horas en darme lel resultado y al comentarle a una doctora que si me ayudaba me dijo que "no todas las patologías son iguales por eso tardan diferente" muy despota. 7.7
Ya al final le tuve que decir a 3 de la farmacia para que me dieran mi resultado.
I arrived at 6 AM to perform a covid antigen test and it took 2 hours to give me the result and when I told a doctor that if she helped me, she told me that "not all pathologies are the same, that's why they take different" very despotic. 7.7
At the end I had to tell 3 from the pharmacy so they could give me my result.

Además, el trato a quienes esperan su paso para realizar pruebas COVID-19 son relegados al exterior de las instalaciones, donde no hay ni una silla o espacio acondicionado con las condiciones de sana distancia. Usted va por su propio riesgo. No así otro tipo de clientes que solicitan pruebas ajenas a COVID, quienes esperan al interior en lugares con sillas y acondicionados cómodamente.

Al llegar me acerqué solo para preguntar por los estudios y mostrar la orden del médico y la srta. No me dejó ni decir buenos días cuando solo se limitó a decir.. Ahorita la llamo!! le dije que solo quería preguntar y nuevamente me contestó Ahorita la llamo!!
10 minutos después se dignaron a hablarme y la otra chica con la misma pésima actitud, me imagino que ese debe ser un requisito para poder entrar a trabajar ahí.
Lo único que los salva es la super atención del chico q toma muestras de sangre. Muy bien x el...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, pésimo servicio, no se respetan las medidas de sana distancia ni siquiera hay orden o comunicación dentro de la farmacia.
Ni para darte indicaciones o informes tan simples como dónde encontrar la lista de costos de los servicios que ofrecen... es más, desconocen los servicios o si los doctores asisten.
Fui del laboratorio a la farmacia y luego al consultorio y por último a la farmacia porque nadie tenía idea.
En el consultorio todos semtados juntos esperando que les abran la puerta. Pésimo lugar, más en esta temporada de Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien el personal fue muy amable y atento, el doctor, no y por eso le doy mala calificación. Yo lloraba de dolor por la emergencia que me hizo venir a este lugar y el doctor sólo me regañaba... Así que, está bien para hacerse estudios, pero no para consulta.
Although the staff was very kind and attentive, the doctor was not and that is why I give him a bad rating. I cried in pain because of the emergency that made me come to this place and the doctor just scolded me... So, it's fine for studies, but not for consultation.
