★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal instaladas, no hay seguimiento del servicio y no cumplen con el mantenimiento de la instalación. No lo recomiendo, ojalá que no caigan mas personas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos estafadores, tengan mucho pero mucho cuidado, proveedores y clientes, no son de fiar, si les confian dinero o equipo no hacen los pagos, o les quedan a deber porcentajes del 50%, dejan de responder mensajes y llamadas para no pagar, si ko tienen de otra que trabajar con ellos pregunten a personas que ya han tenido contactos con Gerardo y Alejandra, para que les informen sus transas y los cuidados que deben tener.
They are scammers, they have a lot but a lot of care, suppliers and clients, they can not be trusted, if they trust money or equipment they do not make payments, or they have to pay 50%, they stop answering messages and calls not to pay, If they have another to work with, ask people who have already had contact with Gerardo and Alejandra, to inform them of their transas and the care they should have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, adquirí mi paquete de cámaras y me hicieron la instalación, al paso de unos meses empezaron a fallar, hasta el punto de que ninguna funciona y el ingeniero encargado solo me trae con promesas y me agenda pero nunca llega, el es quien pone fecha y hora y nunca llega. Me parece defraudante el servio y estoy pensando seriamente en proceder de la manera conducente para que no exista mas personas con esta problemática, me informe y me recomiendan que acuda a CONDISEF O PROFECO para que lo multen o le cierren el negocio.
No caigas en este negocio.
Terrible service, I bought my camera package and they did the installation for me, after a few months they started to fail, to the point that none works and the engineer in charge only brings me promises and schedules me but never arrives, he is the one who puts Date and time and never comes. I find the service disappointing and I am seriously thinking of proceeding in a conducive way so that there are no more people with this problem, inform me and they recommend that I go to CONDISEF OR PROFECO to be fined or to close the business.
