En junio de este año compré una silla, lamentablemente salió defectuosa de una pieza, lo que provoca que parezca una silla vieja, reporte el inconveniente desde que me percaté de el y Steven Orozco sólo me dejaba en visto, no me respondía los mensajes y tampoco me regresaba las llamadas, mi papá intervino y a él si le contesto pero le dijo que no hay garantía de una pieza que está mal desde que me la vendieron, me parece una falta de respeto, ya que un cliente está confiando en una pequeña empresa y dejen malas experiencias desde un principio, no se vale que esté invirtiendo mi dinero en algo que supuestamente es nuevo y ya esta dañado.
Que mala experiencia.
Very bad shopping experience, they promise guarantees and do not fulfill them.
In June of this year I bought a chair, unfortunately it was defective in one piece, which makes it look like an old chair, I reported the problem since I noticed it and Steven Orozco only let me see it, he did not answer my messages and neither I used to return my calls, my father intervened and if I answered him, he told him that there is no guarantee of a part that is bad since they sold it to me, it seems disrespectful to me, since a client is trusting a small company and leave bad experiences from the beginning, it is not worth investing my money in something that is supposedly new and is already damaged.
What a bad experience.
