★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiempos de respuesta Malisimos, se tardaron demasiado en resolverme, entiendo que fue una excusa el COViD, pero en cuanto mencioné PROFECO, agilizaron todo, no era necesario llegar a eso, Gracias aún así.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entiendo que es su trabajo, pero ya va para el año y aun no me dan respuesta y solo me traen vuelta y vuelta cuando ellos me dieron una fecha para ir por mi pantalla.
Llamamos a cada rato y siempre nos dicen que están en espera de refacciones.
No es culpa de los trabajadores de esta sucursal, pero si la marca no hace bien su producto mínimo debería facilitar el proceso de la reparación.
I understand that it is their job, but it is already for the year and they still do not give me an answer and they only bring me back and forth when they gave me a date to go through my screen.
We call all the time and they always tell us that they are waiting for spare parts.
It is not the fault of the workers at this branch, but if the brand does not do its minimum product well it should facilitate the repair process.

Pero tienen una atención excelente, Kevin en especial me atendio de manera excepcional le dió seguimiento a mi pedido en todo momento y me apoyo en todas mis dudas y encima de solucionar mi problema con una multigroom me regalaron plumitas lo cual es un plus. Soy una persona que se queja mucho y es muy objetiva con sus críticas y mira que me quejo mucho de los locales pero este sin duda es el mejor que e visitado e insisto la atención de Kevin en especial fue de primera. Le agradezco mucho su atención!!!
The only but is the distance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, llevé a reparar un tv de 32 pulgadas a cambiar los leds (más de 1,000 pesos) me duró 20 días, volví por garantía (ofrecen garantía de 30 días) e hicieron nuevamente la reparación y solo duró 2 meses, no los recomiendo.
Bad experience, I took a 32-inch TV to repair to change the LEDs (more than 1,000 pesos) it lasted 20 days, I returned for warranty (they offer a 30-day warranty) and they did the repair again and it only lasted 2 months, I do not recommend them .
