N	NaYe MiRaNdA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, su escusa fue que cambiaron administración pero al leer los comentarios de hace meses es lo mismo, la atención es mala, no respetan tiempos de entrega y por si fuera poco ellos "expertos" me vendieron un material que no era para el piso que les compre y me dijeron que por el tiempo no me lo podían cambiar (por favor!!!! un mes en entregar y me ponen ese gran pretexto!!! háganse cargo de sus acciones o de lo que prometen!! jamas regresaría!! ) y por supuesto no lo recomiendo.. si buscan Castel hay otras tiendas no pierdan su tiempo ¬¬ Very bad service, his excuse was that they changed administration but when reading the comments from months ago it is the same, the attention is bad, they do not respect delivery times and if that were not enough they "experts" sold me a material that was not for the I bought them and they told me that for the time they could not change it (please !!!! a month to deliver and they give me that great excuse! Cuando realicé la compra todo muy bien, pero para entregar mis productos tuve que hacer varias llamadas para que me dijeran el estatus de mi pedido. Cuando fui a recogerlo me dicen que no llegó completo, que hicieron mal el pedido y después de dicen que el pedido llegó incompleto. Esperé 2 semanas más para poder recoger el producto faltante, hice una llamada y me dicen que ya estaba mi pedido y cuando llego me dicen que no tenían el producto. Finalmente me entregaron lo que faltaba pero al parecer era el que estaba en exhibición, pues le faltaban piezas. Me atendió Erika, quien después de la compra jamás me volvió a atender una llamada o informar qué pasaba con mi producto. Pésimo todo. Excellent products, however the attention is bad. Lo malo es la sucursal, te atienden bien en compra pero ya después de esta ni una llamada te atienden para saber el estatus de tu pedido, tardaron casi 3 semanas en entregar con miles de pretextos, Muy mala la atención de la señorita Paola L. a ella le marcamos en varias ocasiones y se escondía para no contestar. No hay buena atención después de la venta. Así que si piensan comprar aquí calculen más de un mes para recibir el pedido, nuestra compra fue desde el 16 de Dic. the products sold are of excellent quality, very good finishes. Nos tuvieron esperando un mes con la promesa inicial de que llegaba en 10 días nuestro pedido. Al final no surtieron el producto y ahora tras la espera a iniciar la compra por otro lado. En todo el mes solo una vez nos devolvieron la llamada, a pesar de que estuve llamando por lo menos 3 veces a la semana. La persona que nos desatendió es Erika, pero todas tienen un pésimo trato. Terrible service! I NEVER return to this place and much less recommend it. They had us waiting for a month with the initial promise that our order arrived in 10 days. In the end they did not stock the product and now after waiting to start the purchase on the other hand. In the whole month only once did they call us back, even though I was calling at least 3 times a week. The person who neglected us is Erika, but they all have a terrible deal.
