a	alfonso cham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima experiencia, lleve mi equipo por bloqueo de almohadilla de tinta, se metieron con los cabezales, para arreglarlos, sin haberlo yo solicitado ni autorizado ni estar especificado en la orden de servicio, me dilataron la entrega de la impresora porque no quedaban(por supuesto ya los habian descompuesto) y tuve que pedir que los dejaran como estaban y que me la entregaran, los arruinaron, ahora tengo que comprar el cabezal de inyeccion de color (mas de mil pesos con envio) mas la instalacion que por supuesto no sera ya ahi, tuve que dejarla mas tiempo, porque a la primera entrega estaba derramando tinta, porque rompieron una mangera, mas tiempo de espera para la entrega. Evitenlos, si hubiera estrellas negativas se las llevarian todas. Al momento de la entrega me dijeron que en calidad alta imprimiria sin problemas en color, absolutamente falso la impresion quedo mucho peor, con unmantenimiento que no solicite, y peor aun si lo hubiera solicitado igual no soluciono nada. PESIMO SERVICIO y RESPUESTA. el Nivel de tinta negra iba casi lleno al igual que el de amarilla, asi que relleno solo dos (200 pesos segun el costo de su tinta generica), el azul y el rojo y repito, reponer el cabezal me sale mucho mas caro que eso.
