★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust this establishment. My husband paid for taxis service from a counter inside the baggage area. The man who he paid our service fare to gave my husband counterfeit $100 bills. My husband paid him with a $500 bill and he returned my husband the correct the change except that the change included fake $100 bills. This occurred around 3:00pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used a large vehicle (more expensive) for only one person with one piece of luggage and they charged for the wrong city zone, even though the address was given correctly to them.
It is a shame they are ripping off people just because they are tourists. I will never use their services again and I demand a refund for the extra charges they made knowing it was unnecessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible: Dishonest and rude in equal measure. We were double charged for our journey from the airport to our accommodation. The woman on the desk asked for the credit card for payment and used it twice. We queried it but she denied it and assured us that only one payment was taken - not true. We then complained after seeming the double transaction and the company couldn’t care less and wouldn’t help. This was done to a native Spanish speaker by the way, so avoid like the plague if you can’t speak Spanish - I would to not trust this company at all.
