Conductores sin capacitación, unidades en mal estado, pero tristemente son la única opción en la zona.
 The majority of units are irregular, overlapping by organizations colluded with the municipal government that instead of regularizing transportation, uses the leaders for their political purposes. Drivers without training, units in poor condition, but sadly they are the only option in the area.
