★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las unidades sucias, los choferes mala presentación, déspotas, el cobro es abusivo de Etla a Zautla $25 pesos. Los choferes no usan cubrebocas.
 Terrible service, dirty units, poor presentation drivers, despots, the charge is abusive from Etla to Zautla $ 25 pesos. Drivers do not wear face masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, los taxistas mala presentación, no usan cubrebocas y si les pides que lo usen, se molestan, mal aseados ellos y las unidades también, permiten la subida de pasajeros sin cubrebocas, permiten consumo de alimentos dentro de la unidad. Suben hasta 5 personas adelante y 1 persona en la cajuela.
Bad service, poorly presented taxi drivers, they don't use face masks and if you ask them to use them, they get upset, poorly cleaned them and the units too, they allow passengers to get on without face masks, they allow food consumption inside the unit. Up to 5 people go up front and 1 person in the trunk.
