Lo había usado con anterioridad y me parecía algo exagerado el precio, pero hoy se excedieron me cobraron $80 por una distancia que ellos anteriormente cobrarían $50, únicamente porque llevaba mi mascota la cual iba con protección para viajar. El conductor se burló de mí todo el camino, porque le comenté que se me hacía caro, fue groserísimo y me dejó una calle más lejos de donde le indiqué. JAMÁS VUELVO.
TERRIBLE SERVICE...
I had used it before and the price seemed somewhat exaggerated, but today they exceeded they charged me $ 80 for a distance that they previously would charge $ 50, only because I was carrying my pet which was protected to travel. The driver made fun of me all the way, because I told him that it was expensive, he was extremely rude and left me a street further away from where I indicated. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

I just dialed to find out how much they charge me to where I need to go, they just left me on line without attending to mine, they left me on hold for a long time, I don't like THEIR STAFF SERVICE.
