Great for Spa and relaxing

Great place to have relax time, temazcal experience highly recommended.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've enjoyed. Fantastic service, friendly staff, nice food, astonishing gardens, enormous suites and gorgeous views. The spa services are really nice, particularly the temazcal and the Cave of Senses. My only "complaint" is the corny, washed out ambient music played in all the common spaces, it's something taken out of a retirement home. I would have liked to hear new age, holistic or nature sounds music. Absolutely recommended.

Went to the restaurant only but the place is awesome. Beautiful landscape, quiet for spending a nice weekend out of the city and traffic. Ideal for reading, relaxing and catching some sun. Restaurant is very nice and the food was remarkable.

Interesting place to spend a weekend. It's location is good. You can enjoy an amazing view of the surrounding mountains breathing nothing but tranquility. The restaurant: quite expensive... Dinner was definitely good (mejillones, pollo con relleno de pistache y costra de aceituna and Gota de Chocolate for dessert) but beverages and breakfast was quite disappointing. I mean, 80 pesos for 5 pieces of hard and dry bread was not exactly what we wanted to taste. And 195 pesos chilaquiles sounds like a lot... Considering the flavor was not worth it. The SPA: main strength of the hotel I guess... We took the "Gruta de los Sentidos" experience and we loved it. 100% recommended. The price per night seems a little bit expensive considering that price does not include much... Meaning the TV just has like 8 channels, WiFi is really bad at the room, the pool is pretty small and the restaurant is not "magic" as you might imagine. Overall, a good place to enjoy the SPA. For food, you can find better places at Tepoztlán itsel.
