★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia, muy agradable el lugar, bien decorado, higiénico lo mas importante, esterilizan los instrumentos de podología (mi caso). Poco dolor al momento de manipular pero tolerable, es la primera ocasión que voy creo que si regresaré. Podología x $350 muy razonable. Me atendió la dueña, conversación muy amena y constructiva.
 In my experience, the place is very nice, well decorated, most importantly hygienic, they sterilize podiatry instruments (in my case). Little pain when handling but tolerable, it is the first time I go I think I will return. Podiatry x $350 very reasonable. The owner attended me, very pleasant and constructive conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pense mucho en dejar esta reseña, no soy de las personas que critican para arruinar un lugar. Este comentario es solo mi experiencia y la escribo para que las que buscan un lugar para arreglarse sus uñas no se sorprendan como yo lo hice.
Yo no soy de Monterrey, y es el primer y unico lugar al que he ido desde que me mude, asi que no se si es asi en todos lados, pero que yo sepa, en Guadalajara no se usa que cobren por esto.
1. Te cobran 100 pesos por cambiarte de forma de uña, si estan redondas y las quieres cuadradas, preparate para pagar.
2. Si tienes la uña larga y las quieres recortar, te cobran 50 pesos por limarlas y cortarlas.
(desde mi punto de vista, todo esto va incluido en el costo de mantenimiento de gelish o acrilico)
3. Si te pones dos colores en la mano, aun que no sea diseño, te cobran como si fuera diseño.
4. El acrilico jamas me duro mas de 2 semanas, cobran muy caro pero la calidad de los productos no es la mejor.
5. Por ultimo, los precios no estan exhibidos, si yo hubiera visto que cobran por esto, no me hubiera quedado.
Las chicas que atienden son muy amables, yo la ultima vez que fui les dije que habian perdido a una clienta potencial y les pedi que pasaran mi comentario a la dueña, lo cual no se si lo hicieron pero ellas fueron amables en todo momento.
En fin, mi molestia fue que por mas sencillo que fuera el trabajo jamas pague menos de 500 pesos. Todo el tiempo salian pagos sorpresa. Por eso deje de ir.
Espero que le sirva a alguien y que si la dueña vea esto, le sirva mi comentario.
I thought a lot about leaving this review, I am not one of the people who criticize to ruin a place. This comment is just my experience and I write it so that those looking for a place to get their nails done will not be surprised as I was.
I'm not from Monterrey, and it's the first and only place I've been since I moved, so I don't know if it's like that everywhere, but as far as I know, in Guadalajara they don't use to charge for this.
1. They charge you 100 pesos to change the shape of your nail, if they are round and you want them square, prepare to pay.
2. If you have a long nail and you want to trim them, they charge you 50 pesos to file and cut them.
(from my point of view, all this is included in the cost of maintenance of gelish or acrylic)
3. If you put two colors in your hand, even if it is not design, they charge you as if it were design.
4. The acrylic never lasted more than 2 weeks, they charge very expensive but the quality of the products is not the best.
5. Finally, the prices are not displayed, if I had seen that they charge for this, I would not have stayed.
The girls who attend are very friendly, the last time I went I told them that they had lost a potential client and asked them to pass my comment to the owner, which I don't know if they did but they were kind at all times.
Anyway, my annoyance was that no matter how simple the job was, I never paid less than 500 pesos. Surprise payments were coming out all the time. So stop going.
I hope it helps someone and that if the owner sees this, my comment will serve her.
