★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car they had available had many scratches and dents that made it too hard to list all on the inspection sheet. They have the cars in a parking garage with poor illumnation at the downtown office and you have to use a flashlight to make out scratches. The inspector marked a scratch on the front view of the vehicle. The second inspector said he expected the marking to be on the side view. They had to pull older notes to see if the car had scratches which was time consuming and eventually cleared it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car and paid 430 dollars through hotwire the airplane arrived late cause the weather in usa, sixt rented my car to someone else and they did not have more car, so I canceled the rental and they replied saying we will not refund nothing, are you reading this, nothing. I can prove it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent excellent service. My family (with young children) has used Sixt for at least 10 years whenever we visit. I highly recommend this company for car rental- they are the best in Morelia. Sixt also has another location downtown in Morelia by the Cathedral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. The problem with the negative reviews is that folks think they can rent a car for less than $20 a day. The insurance in Mexico is very expense as you can imagine that liability is through the roof. Make sure you check the car and take pictures before you take it. Mexico has limited gasoline so opt for a small car like the Aveo with minimal gas consumption. I paid about $50 a day which is average. Feel free to ask any questions.

First time using a rental in Morelia, I was worried about some bad reviews of car rental service in Mexico but I had an excellent experience using Sixt, the car was in great condition and the person in the office was really nice and answer every single question I had.
I will definitely use Sixt again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended! As soon as I arrived I talked to Julio who gave me all the details and pricing with no BS. Process was quick and I was able to ride out of there in less than 15 mins.
Car was clean, new, and equipped. Came back turned it in and closed out. Got my deposit back within 4 days no extra charges. Definitely using them again!
