★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No estuve ahí. Hay un error en la dirección yo estaba en el sector Oriente y el local ese está en el sector Poniente. Si es el mismo número y calle es la misma pero cambia el sector. Hay un error en la dirección de ubicación del local sixt renta de autos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't forget to check your bank statement after you go back home, they charged me in 3 different dates up to 210 dlls for a 3 day car rental. When I check my bank status I found out the did the same one year ago and they NEVER CLEAR this "temporary holds" I had to report this to my bank to get my money back after 30 days of dealing. I used to be so happy with the service until I check my bank payments.

No olviden revisar sus estados de cuenta después de su viaje a mi me cobraron en tres diferentes fechas por un total de 210 dolares por una renta de tres dias.... qué pena por mi ciudad con estas ratas.
Y me responde diciendo que son retenciones temporales - he revisado mi estado de cuenta y lo mismo hicieron en el 2016 - no son retenciones temporales nunca liberaron esas retenciones.

Do not forget to check your account statements after your trip, they charged me on three different dates for a total of 210 dollars for a three-day rental ... what a shame for my city with these rats.

Llegué 40 minutos tarde a recoger el auto de acuerdo con la reservación que hice y tuve que esperar más de 2 horas a que me lo entregaran porque hasta que llegué lo mandaron traer no sé de donde, con el argumento de que como no llegué a la hora no sabían si lo iba a querer. No vuelvo a rentar en este lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve 20 minutos afuera del lugar y nadie me atendió (sábado de 8:15 am a 8:35). Me vine a NAVER y me atendieron de maravilla.
I was 20 minutes outside the place and nobody attended me (Saturday from 8:15 am to 8:35 am). I came to NAVER and they took great care of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car and they were super helpful during the entire process. I first went to Alamo where they lied to me and falsely charged me for a car when they didn’t even have any, I even called and they didn’t pick up. The return process was a nightmare.
On the other hand Sixt provided me with high quality service and an excellent car.
