Worst service ever. They took money on my credit card and don't want to give any explanations

Flights were cancelled after airport access flooded from Hurricane Nora Sep 28. After a few days of cancelled flights due to floods, we changed flights out of Guadalajara. The cost to drop off the car in Guadalajara I was told was 3600 hundred pesos. I had 2 additional days from my original 7 day reservation. According to Sixt staff my rental went from 13k plus pesos to 46k pesos. Explanation they tried to give me was taxes. 24k pesos in taxes which translates to about 1200 USD. Nothing added up and there was no explanation and I was not going to pay over 2400 dollars for a ten day rental of a Chevy Aveo. Yes, a compact & no way a a SUB of any type. Someone could easily have been over charged 24 thousand pesos and staff that deals with rental daily should have clicked in their head the charges didn’t seem right for a 10 day rental but was not the case. Avoid Sixt Manzanillo Mexico for your sake.
