★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me urgía rentar un auto y tenía poco tiempo para aprovecharlo en Monterrey. Acudí con ellos y me entregaron un auto que estaba descompuesto y que ellos sabían que estaba en malas condiciones, me dejó tirado a media avenida de Monterrey, y cuando hablé para que me dieran una solución, me dijeron: -pues si el auto prende lléveselo como pueda de regreso a la agencia y se lo cambiamos, pero el auto no aceleraba. Al final tarde como una hora en poder regresar el auto casi arrastrando a la agencia. Perdí valioso tiempo que ya nunca pude recuperar, y si bien me cambiaron la unidad, lo cierto es que NO se toman el tiempo de revisar sus unidades y tenerlas en condiciones mecánicas seguras para los usuarios
I was urgent to rent a car and I had little time to take advantage of it in Monterrey. I went with them and they gave me a car that was broken down and that they knew was in bad condition, they left me lying in the middle of the avenue of Monterrey, and when I spoke to get a solution, they told me: -well if the car starts, take it as I can back to the agency and we change it, but the car did not accelerate. In the end it took about an hour to be able to return the car, almost dragging the agency. I lost valuable time that I could never recover, and although they changed the unit, the truth is that they DO NOT take the time to check their units and have them in safe mechanical condition for users

Rente un automóvil a finales del mes de marzo y recibí una excelente atención en especial de la Señorita Mónica, que fue con la que inicialmente contraté, la entrega estuvo excelente y la recepción ni que decir, cabe mencionar que recibí en el centro y devolví en el aeropuerto sin costo alguno, sin duda lo super recomiendo!!!! Yo antes de rentar leí las opiniones y me base en ellas para tener confianza, así que por ello recomiendo y doy mi opinión para que otros renten sin dudarlo.

Excellent service!!! I rented a car at the end of March and received excellent attention, especially from Miss Monica, who was the one I initially contracted with, the delivery was excellent and the reception needless to say, it is worth mentioning that I received in the center and returned in the airport at no cost, without a doubt I highly recommend it !!!! I read the opinions before renting and base myself on them to have confidence, so that is why I recommend and give my opinion so that others rent without hesitation.

The car was ready on time, and it worked perfecty. The price was pretty fair.
