The place was not opened in time and I was told to pay more than 30,000 MZN as a deposit. I was not willing to buy a car, though I did not rent it either.

TERRIBLE service. Cars “available” online are not available once you get there. The attendant told us that’s what the owners do. They overbook reservations “just like airlines do“. A total fraud.

THIS RENTAL CAR COMPANY IS JUST PLAIN FRAUDULENT. THE MORELIA OFFICE GAVE ME A CAR IN VERY POOR CONDITION, FULL OF SCRATCHES & DENTS. WHEN I WENT TO RETURN THE VEHICLE TO THE AIRPORT COUNTER SINCE THE CENTRAL OFFICE WAS SHUT DOWN, THERE WAS NO ONE THERE DESPITE THE FACT THERE POSTED HOURS SAID OTHERWISE. I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE SOMEONE CAME TO RECEIVE THE VEHICLE. THEY MENTIONED ONE SMALL DING ON THE DASHBOARD, WHICH THEY HAD NEVER EVEN CHECKED FOR WHEN I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE. LOW & BEHOLD ONE WEEK LATER I RECEIVE A BILL FOR EXTENSIVE CAR DAMAGES TOTALING MORE THAN 12,000 PESOS. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE ULTIMATE FRAUDSTERS AND TO TOP IT OFF CHAUVINISTS.

Will definitely use their rental car services again, no pushing and pressuring to get their car insurance. It was offered very politely, awesome customer service!! Roberto and Mauricio great guys who explained in detail contract and other nuances!! Thank you Sixt rent a car!! Made our vacation trip better!!

We reserved a manual transmission car, specifically, upon arrival to the Morelia office, they told us they have no manual trans on existence. We have the reservation order stating a manual car. We had to pay for a car we did not need. No support from the company. Terrible service.

Awful customer service. Rental office is an old and unkept building. Personnel told me that they were open on weekends, but in reality they were closed and only sent someone for receive the car, so I had nowhere to wait. It did not make me feel safe of whom I was returning the car.
