★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, hice mi reservación para recoger el auto a las 8am y al llegar a las oficinas tuve que esperar hasta las 9:15am que llegó un empleado que ni siquiera tenia nociones de la reservación, tuvo que hablarle a otra persona para que me explicara por teléfono que tenia que pagar extra 18dlls por día de un seguro ( el cual se menciona como opcional en su portal de internet) ó que le hicieran un cargo de $80,000 pesos y firmará una carta responsiva. Fue muy desesperante dado que al momento de hacer la reservación por internet no resaltan las "letras chiquitas" de sus términos y condiciones, en fin SIXT muy mal servicio, pura perdida de tiempo. NO lo recomiendo.
 Very bad service, I made my reservation to pick up the car at 8am and when I arrived at the offices I had to wait until 9:15 am when an employee arrived who did not even have any knowledge of the reservation, he had to speak to someone else to ask me. He will explain by phone that he had to pay an extra 18dlls per day of insurance (which is mentioned as optional on his website) or that he would be charged $ 80,000 pesos and sign a responsive letter. It was very exasperating given that at the moment of making the reservation by internet the "small letters" of their terms and conditions do not stand out, in short SIXT very bad service, pure waste of time. I do not recommend it.

I have rented a couple of times and have had no complications; I find their rates comfortable, friendly and flexible treatment. Cars always available at the SLP center, not just at the airport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant renting experience as expected from Sixt. The personal was very friendly, our VW Up was in good condition. Gas policy is full/full which I find is the best one. Have some spanish available though. Muy recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices were fine. Problem is that the vehicle I requested and was quoted for was not available when the time came to complete the transaction... Even though we spoje for almost a week and they knew my selection. They offer to compensate with a better car at a better rate.

Este lugar es horrible. No renta un carro de aquí. Ni aceptan las reservaciones por Internet.
This place is horrible. Do not rent a car from here. The won't honor internet reservations and they'll try to up sell you. Use a more reputable car rental company
