★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta comer ahí y los empleados (hombres) son amables pero hay una mujer gordita (creo que se llama Alejandra) que siempre que voy me trata mal, por ella deje de ir... El día de hoy me animé a comer ahí (sucursal galerías cuernavaca) y todo bien hasta que salió y apresar de que no le estaba hablando y casi casi la estaba ignorando busco la manera de meterse a la conversación y empezar a tratarme de forma prepotente y grosera, muy mal incluso mi acompañante le dijo que atendía horrible y eso que no sabía que siempre que uno va es lo mismo. No sé porque trabaja con atención a cliente si no sabe ser amable.

Las papas curly son muy sabrosas, las recomiendo sobre las francesas.
La malteada es 90% helado y 10% leche, por lo que el sabor es exquisito, no hay forma de que algo de su menú no tenga buen sabor.
Únicamente contamos con la sucursal de Galerías, dense la oportunidad de probarla, los precios son arriba de $110 el paquete, además el refresco es rellenable (refill)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el día 11 de Agosto en la sucursal 210 Galerías Cuernavaca, nos atendió el Usuario: Gerente. Pésimo servicio, terrible actitud, prepotente. Molesto porque no compré su sugerencia. Aunque le pedí amable y le pregunté porqué trata así a la gente y su respuesta fue que así es su actitud de servir al cliente. Atendió de malas, las hamburguesas frías, pan muy seco sin mayonesa, sin mostaza, sin ketchup, la carne muy seca aventada con el tocino pésimo! tuve que pedir en 2 ocasiones el picante y la salsa de tomate ya que no te dan todo completo. No había ni un cliente más como para que estuviera apurado... ahora veo porqué está solo y las demás marcas muy concurridas. No volveré a comprar sus productos y peor aun a ver a ese tipo tan ordinario, agresivo.

Terrible, I got the hamburgers with wet bread, without lettuce, raw meat and horrible taste... and expensive to top it off. I will never order these burgers again in my life.
