Se hace una fila enorme en atención a clientes por falta de personal.

No cuentan con personal responsable para atender a los usuarios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo 1 persona atendiendo, las esperas son de más de 1 hora, aunque el horario de atención es de 8:00 a 2:00 PM, si consideran que tú trámite es entretenido en la puerta ya no dejan pasar faltando 15 minutos para las 2:00 sin importarles que lleves más de 1 hora en la fila.
Cuando finalmente llegas con la srta del mostrador, ella es amable y da un buen servicio.
Only 1 person attending, the waits are more than 1 hour, although the service hours are from 8:00 to 2:00 PM, if they consider that your procedure is entertaining at the door, they no longer let you pass with 15 minutes left until 2 :00 without caring that you have been in line for more than 1 hour.
When you finally get to the counter lady, she is friendly and gives good service.

Instalan de volada, solo hay que dar los datos que piden, principalmente el número del medidor del vecino si querés hacer un contrato nuevo y fotos de la preparación con eso al 100 %. Me instalaron el dos días.. a diferencia de Japan que se tarda muchísimas semanas si bien te va

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les hace falta más ejecutivas. Solo hay 2. Y la recepcionista es grosera, ni te atiende bien. La espera es muy larga, hace calor adentro. Lugar limpio, con asientos.
They need more executives. There are only 2. And the receptionist is rude, she doesn't take good care of you. The wait is very long, it's hot inside. Clean place, with seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya van varias ocasiones que no funciona el único cajero en Av. Pablo Cabrera ñ, en San J7an del Río, Qro. Y en los cajeros del Centeo que se quede sin papel y no tengas con que comprobar tu pago.
Lo que hice fue volver a pasar mi recibo y tomarle una fotografía de no adeudo
