★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es mala la atención, pero no la calificaría como de spa. Hay música pop de fondo a un volumen nada discreto. El personal platica entre sí todo el tiempo en volumen de voz normal, entonces pues no da la tranquilidad que debería dar un spa. Recitan el mismo guión mientras aplican los productos, palabra por palabra. Y como dicen los comentarios anteriores, son productos de Herbalife y te los ofrecen, la verdad, no de manera insistente. El personal es muy atento y amable, pero no parece muy calificado. La promoción 2x1 parece muy tentadora, pero mejor paguen el precio completo N otro lado. Yo pagué por una microdermoabrasión y la verdad, me hago mejores faciales en casa. Lo único bueno de haber ido es que me di cuenta que enfrente hay una dermatóloga y mejor iré con ella. Aclaro, no es mala atención y el personal es muy lindo, pero para un spa, no.

The staff talk to each other all the time in normal voice volume, so it does not give the tranquility that a spa should give. They recite the same script while applying the products, word for word. And as the previous comments say, they are Herbalife products and they offer them to you, honestly, not in an insistent way. The staff are very attentive and friendly, but they don't seem very qualified. The 2x1 promotion seems very tempting, but you better pay full price N the other side. I paid for a microdermabrasion and the truth is, I do better facials at home. The only good thing about having gone is that I realized that there is a dermatologist in front of me and I'd better go with her. I clarify, it is not bad attention and the staff is very nice, but for a spa, no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó el lugar hay mucha seguridad y protección en el tema de la pandemia, los tiempos de espera son muy buenos hay que entender que sí tienen mucha gente no puedes esperar que te atiendan inmediatamente eso es así en todas partes el personal amable el lugar es muy recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo no soy de estar calificando los lugares a dónde asisto ni para bien ni para mal, pero en esta ocasión tenía que hacerlo, en verdad viví una gran experiencia, el tratamiento fue justo lo que buscaba, la atención del personal fue increíble y para mi fortuna no viví nada de lo antes mencionado en otras reseñas, al menos para mí es un lugar super recomendable y super si regresaría cada semana, éxito y nunca cambien.
I am not one to rate the places I attend, neither for better nor for worse, but on this occasion I had to do it, I really had a great experience, the treatment was just what I was looking for, the attention of the staff was incredible and for me Fortunately I did not experience anything of the aforementioned in other reviews, at least for me it is a highly recommended place and super if I would return every week, success and never change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensaba en ir con mi pareja pero muchas personas me han contado sus experiencias en ese lugar y no me quedan nada de ganas de ir. Su perfil de facebook te pintan todo muy bonito y perfecto no se dejen llevar por las fotos o videos siempre pregunten a personas que ya hayan ido si se lo recomiendan o no. Incluso dermatologos no lo recomiendan ya qué cada piel es distinta y se requiere alto cuidado para cada persona.

Don't get carried away by the photos or videos, always ask people who have already been if they recommend it or not. La verdad es super relajante, he ido en varias ocasiones y siempre me quedo dormida ??, me gusta mucho la atención que brindan las chicas, pues hasta me han sugerido cambiar productos que me estaban haciendo mal y yo ni en cuenta. Todo es muy limpio y la música es muy relajante. Super recomendado. Sólo sugiero siempre conocer bien tu piel para informar si es muy sensible así te podrán dar un tratamiento más indicado para que tus resultados sean más satisfactorios. En una ocasión fui con mi hermana de piel muy sensible y al decirles tuvieron especial cuidado con ella y todos salió muy bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí por qué se veían muy bien sus paquetes en Instagram, al acudir el lugar es pasable, tome un paquete 2 x 1, en la primera sesión fueron amables pero la 2da ni te la agendan, tú tienes que andar preguntando, cuando acudí a la 2da la atención fue pésima, música de antro de fondo y la chica parecía que lo hacía de lo más poco profesional y ni si quiera explicaba que aplicaba. En general, atención regular, productos y aparatos de mala calidad. No volvería a ir, no lo recomiendo.
