★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero llegue a tiempo a mi cita, me dejaron esperando más de 40 min. Según me dijeron que confirmara muy bien la cita y hasta me quede dormido en la sala de espera. La doctora muy bien la atención eso fue lo mejor, ofreciendo de una vez la solución a mi problema eso me agrado. El precio por consulta caro por primera visita sin descuento si te hacen esperar osea llega a tiempo y lleva con que entretenerte. La venta de los productos son 10% más caro, traten de comprar lo que se pueda por fuera, aguas porque me vendieron un producto que caducía en 4 días despues, deberían revisar eso y encima me comentaron vía whatsapp cuando reclame que no importaba la caducidad que lo usara que solo lo ponían porque se lo solicitaba cofepris obviamente opte por devolución de dinero y fuí personalmente porque no hay envíos si ellos tienen la culpa.
First I was on time for my appointment, they left me waiting for more than 40 min. They told me to confirm the appointment very well and even fell asleep in the waiting room. The doctor very well the attention that was the best, offering at once the solution to my problem that I like. The price per consultation expensive for the first visit without discount if they make you wait, bone arrives on time and takes you to entertain yourself. The sale of products are 10% more expensive, try to buy what you can on the outside, waters because they sold me a product that expired in 4 days later, they should review that and above they told me via whatsapp when I claimed that the expiration did not matter to use it that they only put it because they asked for it cofepris obviously opts for money back and I went personally because there are no shipments if they are at fault.

El único problema son de recepción, tienen un trato déspota y prepotente, lo malo que con ellas se hacen las citas, lo único que deja son ganas de buscar otro dermatólogo, donde las recepcionistas no te hacen el favor de hacerte una cita
