★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los resultados son positivos, la atención del médico es de 5 minutos, llevo dos meses pidiendo la facturación de las consultas y me comentan que las van a pedir al "médico" las cuales a la fecha no facturaron, quedaron de llamar a mi esposo para avisarle de la existencia de un medicamento, ya pasaron 20 días y no se comunicaron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención telefónica, llamó para hacer una cita y te contestan y te dicen “permítame” y te dejan colgado en la llamada; llevo más de 30 minutos en intentar hacer una cita y no he podido; solo insistí por que me recordaron el lugar. Una vergüenza en la atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible y nefasta la experiencia que tuve en este lugar,para empezar la pseudo recepcionista le falta educación y modales, no nos hace ningún favor, al contrarío Fui a este lugar por un problema de acné y literal, como si fueran dulces el “médico” más anciano me receto Neotrex (isotretinoina) oral sin armar un expediente previo y mucho menos solicitar estudios de laboratorio, siendo este un medicamento controlado y pudo ser peligroso, mientras estaba en tratamiento me realizo un peeling químico, aun con todos los efectos del neotrex en mi piel, nunca me indico usar bloqueador y mucho menos reaplicarlo, cosa que daño mil piel, me di cuenta de todos estos errores gravisimos cuando fui con un verdadero profesional y le explique mi caso, y claro solo recetaba cosas que venden en su misma farmacia, es un servicio del asco, solo le doy una estrella porque no se puede poner menos.

No he tenido tan desafortunado encuentro médico en mi vida que en este lugar.
No te revisan. El pseudo-Dr que me atendió ni siquiera se levantó de su silla, a pero eso sí ya estaban hablando de costos y gastos sin saber a ciencia cierta que es lo que necesitaba. Ni siquiera te explican y lo que buscaba era que le levantara, me revisara y me dijera, veo esto... se requiere aquello...
Y aún así ¡me cobro su elevada consulta!
No pierdan su tiempo y dinero y vayan con verdaderos profesionales.

I have never had such an unfortunate medical encounter in my life than at this location.
They don't check you. The pseudo-Dr who attended me did not even get up from his chair, but they were already talking about costs and expenses without knowing for sure what he needed. They don't even explain it to you and what I was looking for was for him to pick him up, check me out and tell me, I see this... that is required...
And yet he charged me for his high consultation!
Do not waste your time and money and go with real professionals.
