★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen aparatos muy buenos. Sin embargo, no siempre respetan las promociones o los acuerdos. Si pides una máquina en especial, no siempre te la dan o te dicen que “es lo mismo” y al momento de hacer valida la garantía de sesiones por láser, te dicen que si cambiaste de máquina no aplica.
Las chicas no siempre son las más amables con los clientes. Muchas de las enfermeras que me atendieron, lo llegaron a hacer como con flojera. Una sesión de láser de área extra grande la podían acabar en menos de 5 minutos (brincándose áreas, todo mal hecho). A veces, antes de iniciar los disparos del láser, ni te avisaban que ya te iban a tocar. Muchas veces me llegaron a dar toallas sucias, o manchadas de gel... o sea que esa toalla quien sabe cuántas clientas ya la habían usado. No veía que cambiaran el desechable que ponen sobre las camillas.o
They have very good gadgets. However, they don't always honor promotions or deals. If you ask for a special machine, they don't always give it to you or they tell you that "it's the same" and when you validate the laser sessions guarantee, they tell you that if you changed the machine, it doesn't apply.
Girls are not always the kindest to customers. Many of the nurses who treated me came to do it lazily. An extra large area laser session could be finished in less than 5 minutes (skipping areas, all wrong). Sometimes, before starting the laser shots, they didn't even tell you that they were going to touch you. Many times they gave me dirty towels, or gel stained ... that is, that towel who knows how many clients had already used it. I did not see that they changed the disposable they put on the stretchers.
