★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio, servicio al cliente es inexistente, ya van dos veces que se cancelan y atrasan mis citas porque se les descompone algo y nadie te sabe responder algo. Tiene que estar uno buscando que le contesten. Si quieren tener una mala experiencia, y llena de incertidumbre, se los recomiendo!
Pessimistic service, customer service is non-existent, they go twice and cancel my appointments because they break down something and nobody knows how to answer something. There has to be one looking for an answer. If you want to have a bad experience, and full of uncertainty, I recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo. Las citas las tienes que hacer con más de un mes de anticipación y un día antes te cancelan porque tienen los equipos descompuestos. Para volver a hacer la cita tienes que adaptarte al horario que les quede disponible y una vez que te dan cita hay que ir con mucha paciencia porque te dejan esperando un buen rato.
I do not recommend it. The appointments have to be made more than a month in advance and the day before they cancel you because they have broken computers. To return to make the appointment you have to adapt to the schedule that is available and once you get an appointment you have to go with a lot of patience because they leave you waiting for a good time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Skinklinik in Gomez Morin for laser hair removal and I highly recommend it, specially with Adriana. She has a great service, she is very professional, and she pays attention to details. She understands the customer’s needs, and she works based on the skin type. I didn’t feel any pain and I am so satisfied with the results.
Adriana speaks english too, so it was really helpful since I don’t speak Spanish.
