★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraron 800 pesos por cambiar el centro de carga de mi celular y no quedo bien, por lo cual regresé al día siguiente y no quisieron arreglarlo porque "ya se iban". Regresé al día siguiente y me hicieron válida la garantía, pero esta vez dejaron manchas en la pantalla, cosa que no note de inmediato, al día siguiente volví por tercera vez y dijeron que ellos no lo habían hecho. No tengo por qué mentir y ellos manejan un pésimo servicio a cliente. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Caro y malo.
They charged me 800 pesos to change the charging center of my cell phone and it didn't look good, so I returned the next day and they didn't want to fix it because "they were already leaving." I came back the next day and they gave me the guarantee, but this time they left stains on the screen, which I didn't notice immediately, the next day I went back for the third time and they said they hadn't done it. I don't have to lie and they handle lousy customer service. I do not recommend to anybody. Expensive and bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención. Están muy jóvenes pero son súper profesionales. El trato es de primera y el resultado por arriba de las expectativas. Los dueños deben de estar orgullosos de Damaris y de Miguel. Si hubiera más estrellas para calificar se las daba.
Excellent service and attention. They are very young but they are super professionals. The treatment is first class and the result is above expectations. The owners must be proud of Damaris and Miguel. If there were more stars to rate, I gave them to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se que no va a servir de mucho una opinión, pero el trato que recibí en la sucursal por parte de el personal (excepto los técnicos y la señorita que atiende) fue PÉSIMO, nunca me llamaron, nunca me dijeron exactamente el problema de mi celular, y tuve que ir en repetidas ocasiones para ver el status de mi celular. Al final de cuentas se comprometieron a entregármelo un domingo y no sucedió, poniendo de justificación que el "servidor no estaba abierto". No arreglaron nada. No lo recomiendo en absoluto
