★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, viaje desde lejos para hacer válida una garantía y el que te resive en la entrada con una actitud toda negativa, de modales ni se diga, me dice que no tiene servicio, y que aparte se tiene que hacer cita, y exactamente era la 1 de la tarde y que también ya estaba cerrado, en verdad que mal servicio, antes llegabas y te atendían rápido, ahora es más como de si quieres, si no vete, ???? para mí pesisma, pero muy pésima atención por Skullcandy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de garantía inicia bien cuando lo realizas por medio de correo electrónico, te envían una guia de DHL, hacen la recolección de tu equipo, se contactan nuevamente confirmando que el equipo fue recibido. Después de allí, nada, no contestan correos, no contestan teléfonos. A decir verdad para el costo de sus productos la calidad es pésima, y considerando que el sistema de garantías tampoco es efectivo, NUNCA RECOMENDARÍA esta marca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención desde la pandemia, no contestan teléfonos ni correos electrónicos, nunca resuelven dudas de la garantía desde que quitaron la garantía de por vida. Ha decaído esta empresa. Lo bueno es que ya hay mejores opciones más económicas y de mejor calidad en todos los aspectos.
