Estafa desde un inicio, no cumplen con lo que dicen. ¡NO LES IMPORTA EL BIENESTAR DEL CLIENTE! 0 recomendada, lo único "bueno" es la bebida que te dan, aún así, ni siquiera respetan la mayoría de edad para tomar. Hay mucha gente que no sabe tomar y eso lo vuelve una experiencia horrible a la hora de convivir y en el regreso del viaje. Hacen lo que quieren cuando quieren y si te quejas, se sienten prepotentes ¡sobretodo los de seguridad! NO LA RECOMIENDO, acomodence en otra ajencia, con ellos no ❌ Terrible service, communication with the client is disastrous, you pay more for what they offer you, the staff does not give you solutions, the organization is THE WORST! Scam from the beginning, they do not comply with what they say. Realmente te vas a divertir, yo me la pase increíble conocí a mucha gente y el staff se portó súper buena onda. El buffet, la alberca, las bebidas, el mar están súper bien. Las habitaciones cumplen con todos los requisitos que necesitas para un buen viaje. A super incredible trip, if what you are looking for is to have fun with your friends Sky is a good option.
