The water is good but they do not want to sell, they never pass and not even the respect of answering the WhatsApp to warn, it hurts I no longer buy them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buen día. Honestamente ya no encuentro palabras para describir lo molesta y desilusionada del servicio. Pido agua la confirman. Dejo garrafón y dinero y jamás pasan. Cuando les pregunto ponen mil excusas de que que están ahí y no hay garrafón. Y yo estoy parada frente al garrafón tienen mi dirección pido en los días que me corresponden de ruta y nada. Yo estaba feliz con el servicio lamentablemente van varios meses que ya no es la misma atención respuestas de mala gana. Yo los llegue a recomendar mucho pero en mi opinión tienen muy buen producto y pésimo servicio. Es una verdadera pena
Hi good day. Honestly I can't find words to describe how annoying and disappointed the service is. I ask for water to confirm it. I leave jug and money and they never pass. When I ask them they make a thousand excuses that they are there and there is no jug. And I am standing in front of the jug, they have my address, I ask for the days that correspond to me and nothing. I was happy with the service unfortunately for several months that it is no longer the same attention answers reluctantly. I got to recommend them a lot but in my opinion they have a very good product and terrible service. It is a real shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great water, terrible service. They tell you they will be there on a certain day and you have to wait. They won't even tell you whether they will be there in the morning or the afternoon. After you wait all day, then they just don't show up and give you no notice. It is then up to you to chase them and hope to wait around for another whole day and maybe they will show up....maybe they won't. They definitely won't bother lettibg you know
