★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésimas respuestas por su atraso, como empresa deben tener cubiertas completamente sus necesidades de seguridad de todo su personal, no dan respuestas claras y uno esta esperando a su incompetencia, nunca llegaron a ponerme el servicio, nunca dieron fecha de instalación, tuve que cancelar sin siquiera haber tenido el servicio.
 Bad service, bad answers due to its delay, as a company they must have completely covered their security needs of all their staff, they do not give clear answers and one is waiting for their incompetence, they never got to put me on the service, they never gave date of installation, I You cancel without even having the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio de Bluetelecomm el Internet falla diario y hoy de plano ya no funciona nada, el cable si función apero el Internet no, marcas a atención telefonica para que te apoyen y en unos números te cuelgan en automático y en otros te atienden de forma grosera y déspota. Muy mal servicio. Le puse una estrella pero no debía tener ninguna. Nadie te apoya y se les olvida que estas pagando un servicio.
Very bad service Bluetelecomm daily Internet fails and today flatly no longer works right, the cable if function implement the Internet No brands CALL to support you and some numbers you hang on automatic and others will attend so rude and despot. Very poor service. I put a star but should not have any. No one supports you and they forget you're paying for a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo Servicio de Internet contraté 10Mb/s de los cuales a veces no me llegaba ni 1, llamé y me dijeron que 10Mb/s era lo máximo que se podía esperar pero que no garantizaban que asi fuese
Terrible Internet Service I hired 10Mb / s of which sometimes I did not get even 1, I called and they told me that 10Mb / s was the maximum that could be expected but that they did not guarantee that it would be.

Terrible Internet, a scam ... They offer you a speed when you hire and since you have it they tell you that it is saturated and they cannot do anything to improve the speed. You can't even watch a youtube video in low quality
