★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un detalle ofrecen servicio de internet pero cuando vas llegando y vez a un representante de Telmex instalando el servicio te das cuenta que algo está mal, en pocas palabras no consumen su propio veneno jaja
Y la atención a el cliente es algo mal te dejan parado esperando sin que nadie te ofrezca sentarte o te oriente a saber a dónde arrimarme a Aser tu trámite
En fin mal servicio
One detail they offer internet service but when you arrive and see a Telmex representative installing the service you realize that something is wrong, in a few words they do not consume their own poison haha
And customer service is a bad thing, they leave you standing waiting without anyone offering to sit down or guiding you to know where to get close to Aser your procedure
