I've rented many many cars around the world and every single agency allows you to adjust dates and get a refund of unused days. This one when I asked to adjust dates they refused and then came back saying I had to turn the car in that day and get a partial refund. I was told they didn't care about customer complaints, so in case you read this, I could have rented for much less online elsewhere. They were referred by the host where I stayed. Wished I hadn't rented. Customer service does matter.

These guys are absolute thugs. After paying for full coverage and insurance. Our car was damaged at the end of the trip. The guys there took our passports and luggage and wouldn't let us leave unless we paid them $500 or 9000 Pesos in CASH. They refused to even take card even though the lease was put on a card. They literally took us hostage. Knew we had a flight to catch so they had the advantage. The damage to the car was only a broken mirror. The value of the car was probably $1000. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE GENUINELY DANGEROUS THUGS. Bottom of the bottom of people and service.

Alamo didn't honor my reservations during Xmas season. Only this local company had car available after calling many places. It's 5 minutes ride from airport. Their car worked okay. They didn't speak much English. We kept the car very clean. They initiated the refund of deposit. Unlike another reviewer complained before... If you use this company while don't speak Spanish, make sure important things are in writing or photos, such as deposits receipt and car conditions. They gave me ride back to airport terminal quickly. That was nice

Very good service, the car that I got is old school but overall and for what I need it was ok! I had a flat tire on the road and Daniel Guide us via WhatsApp on where to go and get it fix. It’s good to keep in mind that safety is first. I paid 5 buck for my tire to a local tire shop. People from the car rental are really ni e. Really good. No problems a at... if you are want to get a card they explain all pro and cons from getting a card. I took a video of the card and I don’t have any problems at the time of returning it. Recommended

Just rented a car here to have in Tulum . The service was very good and easy to work with . No hidden charges at time of pick up. They also had no issue picking the car up in Tulum instead of returning to Cancun Airport . Great Company ?

I got an incident with a car I rent it I dint like the resolution because suppose it has insurance and I end paying for all accident ? plus repair was really expensive insurance is only if you total the car plus a 10% of the value of car have to pay. to me it's not worth it and won't use it again and don't recommend

We had a really great experience with them! People from Sky Blue saved our trip in Mexico. We have had car reservation in other rental company, but they betrayed us and Sky Blue was just a few steps away, so we went there and they were really professional and helpful. Even without reservation (maybe in high season it's not possible without reservation, I don't know actually), they prepared brand new car with just 8 000 km for us in just !!30 mins!! We can't speak spanish and they speak english just a little, but at the end it was not a problem at all! Everything went really smooth with the renting a car. There was no hidden fees or anything. We got really nice and clean car which is not a standard if you are renting a car without a reservation. Also the deposit for the car was not that high and they returned it right after the car check at the end. Really professional staff and everything, they also drove us to the airport after we return the car. We have had really great experience with them, hope that everybody will have the same! Thanks!

Another rental place didn't gold my reserved car. Called here the next day and they brought me a car to my hotel in Puerto Morales and we did the paperwork right there. Nice car, very helpful folks. Turned it in at their airport location and there were no problems and they credited my small deposit immediately. Cheerfully gave us a ride to terminal 4. The price was cheaper than the online prices of the place that stiffed me, and that place was cheaper than all the natiinal places. I would recommend this place to my friends.
