Lamentablemente me asignaron a la “doctora” Alejandra Camacho (pongo su título entre comillas porque no puedo considerarla una persona profesional). El día de la cita que tenía con ella me pasaron con una doctora diferente porque “estaba de vacaciones” y aunque había acordado con Alejandra Camacho que en una misma cita me harían mi limpieza y resinas ella no avisó y tuve que regresar otro día. Cuando volví, lamentablemente me tocó conocerla en persona, no me quería dejar entrar porque debía llevar una prueba PCR (algo que nunca me indicó porque ni siquiera se dignó a decirme que estaría de vacaciones y hasta ese día no tenía el disgusto de conocerla en persona). Fui ese día porque aunque me comuniqué muchas veces por teléfono nunca me enviaron mi factura ni me habían dado mi carnet. En fin, fue sumamente grosera y al solicitar un reembolso dijo que “por política sólo podía regresar máximo el 70%”, misma política que no figuraba en ningún lado ni que se me haya comunicado anteriormente. En el módulo de atención está un letrero con el teléfono del dueño de la empresa para cualquier queja sobre la atención recibida, al marcarle por teléfono curiosamente ya me devolvió el 100% de mi dinero. Ese día ya no pude contactar al dueño de la clínica pero lo hice otro día con más calma y le expliqué la situación. Días después se comunicaron conmigo para ofrecerme un descuento pero sinceramente preferí buscar otra clínica donde me atiendan bien y afortunadamente la encontré. ?

I had very pleasant experience with Drs at SkyDental and their staff. I was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Drs were very patient with me ? The Drs are very professional, they take the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. ?? I think it isn’t easy to find a good dentist, but I highly recommend these Drs and their staff.??

Absolutely the worst thing I could have ever done. Only 2 out of the 8 implants he put in were save able. One he even put in hit the nerve in my lower jaw and the doctor's in the united states have no idea if I'll ever get feeling back in my tounge and chin. Extremely disappointed I have to spend even more money to get things back to some what normal. The best thing about my experience was the people. They were very very nice folks, but bottom line is I don't think they should be doing implants. If your from the USA stay the hell away from here.

Wonderful experience! Saw a true professional Dra. Alajandra Camacho! She friendly and very thorough. Will be back in six months! My friend had her teeth cleaned and whitened. Check out the fabulous results!

I was very impressed with the professionalism at Sky Dental. Dra Camacho spoke excellent English and was both skilled and very open and clear in her explanations. My wife and a friend recently used these services and all three of us were very satisfied and impressed. If my schedule permits, I plan to visit again and have additional work done.
