★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor Internet que he tenido, hace meses llamamos a atención a clientes reportando el mal Internet y después de eso no han hecho nada para mejorarlo, pagamos por 4 Megas de Internet, de los cuales nos llega si acaso solo 1 mega, sin mencionar que prometen que no se irá el Internet en ningún momento, y ahora mismo tuve que venir a un ciber porque no hay Internet desde hace rato, esto es pésimo
It's the worst Internet I've ever had, months ago we called customer service reporting bad Internet and after that they haven't done anything to improve it, we pay for 4 Megabytes of Internet, of which only 1 Megabyte reaches us, not to mention that promise that the Internet will not go away at any time, and right now I had to come to a cyber cafe because there has been no Internet for a long time, this is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Está lento el internet así sean los megas que contrates siguen lento no hay diferencia. Te cobran x todo, es caro. Y definitivamente les recomiendo Telmex, sino quieren pasar malos ratos. Aparte el personal que contratan carecen de conocimientos. No dan soluciones rápidas. Solo están para contestar el teletelé y dar a uno en el avión. Es molesto.
Terrible service. The internet is slow, even if the megabytes you hire are still slow, there is no difference. They charge you x everything, it is expensive. And I definitely recommend Telmex, if you don't want to have a bad time. Besides, the staff they hire lack knowledge. They do not give quick solutions. They are only there to answer the teletelé and give one on the plane. It is annoying.

pero la persona que atiende el numero de whatsapp una verdadera porquería, no se si sea el dueño o alguien que solo se cree serlo,pésimo trato al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues la verdad cuándo lo contrate estuvo bien, no se iba la señal era muy buena solo que después se empezó ponerse lento y se va mucho y aun se pone lento y eso que aveces solo hay 2 dispositivos, necesitan checar bien sus antenas por que si seba en algunos momentos entonces solo me quejo que se pone lento y seva en ocasionen y tarda para llegar la señal
