★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo calentador, tira agua por todos lados. Ni los dueños de la empresa dan la cara, no te contestan cuando pides precio de refacciones, un total fraude está "compañía".
Terrible heater strip water everywhere. Neither company owners show their face, do not answer when you ask price of spare parts, a total fraud is "company".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deplorable, pobre atención al cliente, cuando nos tenían que hacer valida la garantía, nos enviaron un calentador más dañado que el nuestro, usado, y al final no nos hicieron valida la garantía por que evidentemente, no aceptamos ese producto horrible. El encargado es un grosero.
Evitar a toda costa.
Deplorable service, poor customer service, when they had to validate the warranty, they sent us a more damaged heater than ours, used, and in the end they did not validate the warranty because obviously, we do not accept that horrible product. The manager is rude.
Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el Manual dice que se debe instalar con material de cobre y lo instalaron con material PVC de mala calidad. Llame para la garantía y que no aplica y la encargada de esa área pésima actitud.
Terrible service, the Manual says that it should be installed with copper material and they installed it with poor quality PVC material. Call for warranty and it doesn't apply and the person in charge of that area terrible attitude.

También compré paneles solares, me ahorro mucho en mi recibo de electricidad.
Excellent service and quality, my parents have a heater of this brand for 20 years and have never presented any problem; I bought mine 3 years ago and it is in excellent condition, it heats up very well. I also bought solar panels, I save a lot on my electricity bill.
