Hace un tiempo lleve mi computadora y me dijeron que el problema era de la central de carga, me tuvieron esperando dos semanas por la llegada de una nueva pieza inexistente que jamás llegó y probablemente nunca pidieron.
Al final la lleve a otro lugar dónde diagnosticaron correctamente un problema en el cargador ¡el cargador!
¿Cómo puedo confiar entonces en que saben lo que están haciendo cuando se fueron a los problemas internos sin haberle dado al menos una revisión al cargador? Cosa que ellos me aseguraron haber hecho.
De lo único que sirvió haber llevado mi laptop allí fue de perder el tiempo y que le dejaran un lado marcado que fue de donde la abrieron.
Terrible service! They do not know what they do.
Some time ago I took my computer and they told me that the problem was with the charging station, they had me waiting two weeks for the arrival of a new non-existent piece that never arrived and probably never asked.
In the end I took her to another place where they correctly diagnosed a problem in the charger, the charger!
How can I trust then that they know what they are doing when they went to internal problems without having given at least a review to the loader? Which they assured me they had done.
The only thing that served to have taken my laptop there was wasting time and leaving a marked side that was where they opened it.

Me lo entregaron y siguió con la misma falla, después me dijeron que era el software y siguió con la misma falla. Después me dijeron que era el sensor hall y que no lo pudieron arreglar. Me terminaron cobrando $2,200 para decirme que ya no sirve el celular
