Súper edificio muy moderno vistas panorámica de la CDMX súper alberca en el último piso!! Mucha seguridad y las rentas allí son muy bajas y prácticamente estás en Polanco 5 minutos caminando le doy 5 estrellas ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We came to stay here because they advertised that they had a steam room, jacuzzi and pool. Baited and switched. Upon arrival, we were told that the steam room and jacuzzi were not working and would be repaired in a week. After a couple days, they moved the repair dates back, saying that the jacuzzi would need one more week for repair, and that they don't know when the sauna will be repaired. Fast forward one more week, and now they tell us that they don't know when the jacuzzi or sauna will be working, and also that the pool is no longer in service for at least a week. The guards are very friendly but administration seems lazy and incompetent and I would never recommend that anyone stay at this place. Also, the apartment we stayed in was one of the worst apartments I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled around the globe quite a bit. Wasn't cleaned at all before arrival. The floor was covered in dirt and mud. Dust all over the place. The TV was broken and seemed as if it had been dropped on the floor by someone, the shower head was broken causing water to run down the wall rather than shoot out, all of the cookware was old and broken, many of the cabinets are broken and rusted, almost all of the towel holders/soap holders/racks in the bathrooms were broken. Floor boards missing in many locations. No air conditioning, no fans; and if you open the door to the outside to get some fresh air, mosquitos come inside and bite you all night. It was a nightmare. Stay away.
