Our room was clean but we got some flies in it too. We got a really good deal on the price and both receptionist (one in the check in and the other in the check out) were really kind.

The man at the front desk said none of the rooms have heat. He offered an extra blanket for the bed. In order to be comfortable, in the room, layers of clothing would be required.
