★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small rooms. The room service had a very limited menu and was quite plain. The parking was secure but Santa Fe is very far from the centro area of CDMX and there is little to do in the area and it is a 45 minute trek to the rest of the city in Mexico City traffic. The view from my room was decent but if I had the choice, I would have stayed downtown. The staff was friendly, and spoke some English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to stay in this hotel for a quarantine, in September 2021, it was a lovely experience. The staff is very polite, they try to help you when you don't speak the language and they are always prompt to satisfy you. Honour mentions to Lurdes, the kitchen lady who is very sweet, and when i got sick after eating a street food, she served me fruits and lighter breakfast options.
Also, we unfortunately experienced an earthquake, which for my family was something very new and scary, since our hometown does't have those kind of things, however, the staff was so calm, patient and helpful, we waited safely at the lobby and they provided us water and blankets, since it was chilly that night.
Nice beds, clean rooms and hot showers, they don't have microwaves or refrigerators, however, the room views are breathtaking, especially if your room faces the back, whick provides mountain views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you get a room facing the front of the hotel, the view is gorgeous. The beds are comfortable and the staff is polite.
The rooms were freezing. My stay was in late December to January and I generally don’t get cold easily but I had to use 3 blankets and wear a sweater and I was still freezing. The rooms also have no microwave or refrigerator which was inconvenient. The website also says they have a laundry room which was also not the case.
Breakfast is included free at the restaurant in the hotel but I only ate there about 3 times out of the 2 weeks because it was very average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is one of the highlights of this hotel, the staff is always ready to help and satisfy the customers. I got sick during my stay here because of street food and the kitchen lady and staff made me light breakfast and overall took care of me. The service and quality of the hotel you get for the price is unique. The view, closeness to a mall, and having a pharmacy right next door are all more good things. Definitely will stay here next time I go back to CDMX.
