We were looking for a boxed mattress and Octavio gave us the best attention and price, everything super fast, from the store to delivery. I highly recommend them, there are several stores around (which we visited) and this was the best option =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, fuimos primero a la tienda de en frente donde hasta nos ningunearon un poco, y llegando a Sleep Mart el vendedor nos dio toda la confianza y la información necesarias, hicimos la compra muy rápidamente. :)

Compré un colchón aquí con box de regalo. El colchón sin problemas, llegó en buen estado, sin embargo el box que regala Sleep Mart llegó mojado y con moho, nunca me devolvieron mi dinero y tuve que pagar porque se lo llevaran. Sleep Mart nunca se hizo responsable.
Les recomiendo otras tiendas como Dormimundo, Atlas y Liverpool las cuales se comprometen desde el inicio de la venta hasta la entrega final de tu producto.
Terrible after sales service. They do not care about customer satisfaction.
I bought a mattress here with a gift box. The mattress without problems, arrived in good condition, however the box that Sleep Mart gives away arrived wet and moldy, they never gave me my money back and I had to pay to have it taken away. Sleep Mart was never held responsible.
I recommend other stores such as Dormimundo, Atlas and Liverpool which are committed from the beginning of the sale to the final delivery of your product.
