Hasta hoy después de 3 semanas no me han devuelto mi dinero. El colchón sin problemas, llegó en buen estado, sin embargo el box que regala Sleep Mart llegó mojado y con moho, nunca me devolvieron mi dinero y tuve que pagar porque se lo llevaran. Sleep Mart nunca se hizo responsable. Les recomiendo otras tiendas como Dormimundo, Atlas y Liverpool las cuales se comprometen desde el inicio de la venta hasta la entrega final de tu producto. Terrible after sales service. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I bought a mattress here with a gift box. The mattress without problems, arrived in good condition, however the box that Sleep Mart gives away arrived wet and moldy, they never gave me my money back and I had to pay to have it taken away. Sleep Mart was never held responsible. I recommend other stores such as Dormimundo, Atlas and Liverpool which are committed from the beginning of the sale to the final delivery of your product.

Compré un Restonic Soft & Care con 5 cm de memory foam y me enviaron otra cosa totalmente diferente: otro color, otro diseño, otras telas que se ven plásticas y no de algodón, sin el foam y lo peor: NO tiene NADA de suave, es una piedra!!! Fui a la tienda y se lavaron las manos, el vendedor y el Sr. Luis David Balderas me dieron un correo de esos que nunca nadie contesta que disque de la fábrica. Revisen bien, en su página dice que se deslindan totalmente y sí, efectivamente eso hacen. Esoty súper arrepentida, siento que he tirado mucho dinero a la basura. ? ? ? He estado durmiendo en un inflable en el piso. Terrible, it is the worst mattress I have ever bought in my life.
