★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lleve unos aparatos a reparar, me estuve comunicando para saber de ellos, quedaban de regresar la llamada y no lo hacian en repetidas ocasiones, me dieron un diagnostico y luego lo cambiaron, tuve que recoger los aparatos sin reparar. La primera experiencia que tuve con Slider hace unos años fue muy buena pero esta vez fue pesima. Pedi el diagnostico pero me lo dieron verbalmente que no me lo podian entregar pero me lo cobraron, al recoger los aparatos uno estaba parcialmente armado.
I took some devices to repair, I was communicating to find out about them, they had to return the call and they did not do it repeatedly, they gave me a diagnosis and then they changed it, I had to pick up the devices without repairing. The first experience I had with Slider a few years ago was very good but this time it was terrible. I asked for the diagnosis but they gave it to me verbally that they could not give it to me but they charged me for it, when I picked up the devices one was partially armed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el servicio es bueno, recomendacion: cuando dejes tus electrónicos trata de dejar bien claro cual es el problema del equipo para que la persona que atiende pueda darle la explicación al técnico y sea más eficiente la comunicación. Saludos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Técnicos de primer nivel aún que la comunicación con el cliente no es su fuerte pues no llaman cuando dicen que lo harán.
No responden el WhatsApp a tiempo y no responden el teléfono. Hay que ir en persona y ahi si te atienden muy bien.
First level technicians even though communication with the client is not their strong point because they do not call when they say they will.
They don't answer WhatsApp on time and they don't answer the phone. You have to go in person and there they treat you very well.
