My comment is based on the purchase of a waxing package, the place is dedicated to wholesaling packages, bringing / maintaining zero attention and follow-up to the client, not having results in the marked times, making applications irresponsibly. I think the best thing that defines the place is: lack of ethics and professionalism in the waxing service. Literally cheap is expensive, opt for other centers such as MEDAE or BodyBrite.

The customer service is not personalized, they do not do a skin evaluation to have a good treatment, I think they focus much more on the sale of their packages. I did a 14-session waxing and it was not also that they burned me (the three people who attend the place, of course on different occasions) because of my experience at least in waxing, I do not recommend their services PS: I hope you take into account the comments of people who have already been clients to improve their services, since their advertising reaches many people who believe that it may be the best option

Although the place is beautiful, laser hair removal DOES NOT WORK. The decrease is minimal (null) after many sessions, also the service is BAD. The girls at the reception give you the day they want at the time they want, if you don't have it, they send you many weeks later. They do not have availability as they only have one laser machine. BAD EXPERIENCE.

Terrible service and hours, before buying any service they clearly do not tell you the restriction of hours they have, they schedule you when they want and if you want to change the appointment it must be 7 days in advance, it is understood, however what happens when you have a situation extraordinary? I bought a 10-session laser hair removal package and it didn't work for me, besides it hurts a lot, they don't do it properly in the areas you paid for, they're always in a hurry, they only lent me the goggles to cover my eyes for the last 3 sessions, they do not perform skin evaluation, I understand that it must be at a personalized level and they never did the corresponding evaluation (I am getting the same treatment elsewhere and the pain is not compared) the appointment calendar is terrible, I do not recommend it

Terrible service.... I contracted the weight control package with carboxytherapy and mesotherapy included according to a pre-prepared diet without taking into account your type of metabolism, etc. and also because I am a vegetarian and they never told me what other type of protein to consume it wasn't chicken or fish, and the days of the session were always totally different, I had to tell them to inject me in a specific place instead of going with some protocol, so the duration of the session was always very different (some up to 10 min). I only lost 1 kg in 4 sessions and they wanted me to get another 4 more sessions, the truth was that I lost money. The doctors only want to talk to you with technical words (I'm a biologist, I understood what they said about the Krebs cycle, etc.) but they always had the same recital already up their sleeves... the truth was that everything was super crap... I remember when I asked about Ig's chat, they were very friendly but they don't want to give you any information until you pay...

I have been going to Slim for more than 6 months and the doctors are very clear about everything, I think we must be responsible in that if we miss, you will lose your session, since the time of any business is valuable. When you pay for a service they explain it to you and on your receipt it says about the appointments and we as clients sign acceptance, I write this because it was not fair for me to see the previous comments, they have a lot of people and all the time they receive you with a smile and they are super friendly, that day I went at 3 they hadn't even had breakfast and they kept smiling to assist me and we were talking, it's worth mentioning that I missed sessions because for whatever reason I didn't attend and we must be respectful and responsible ladies. I have never had a bad face or bad service, not for something they have so many people. That day at 3 pm I was patient 61 imagine. Excellent place and excellent human quality on their part.
