★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trajes estan algo desgastados pero cumple con su función además la renta esta económica y el trato esta excelente la senora te atina la talla con solo verte, eso si que es un plus.
The suits are somewhat worn but it fulfills its function, the rent is cheap and the treatment is excellent, the lady knows the size just by seeing you, that is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando fui la señora hizo que rentara el traje mas caro que por que es lo que se venia usando, con gasne y todo, me tomaron medidas y que fuera un dia antes a recoger el traje, fui un dia antes y los pantalones bien zancones me quedaban, el saco bien corto y el gasne no me quedo y me dio uma corbata quesque el gasne ya no se estaba usando ( no me quedo!!!) , tampoco me quedó el chaleco, todo esto repito ya en la noche un dia antes del evento para el que lo renté de verdad horrible lugar, para nada lo recomiendo.
When I was the lady she made me rent the most expensive suit because what is it that I was using, with gasne and everything, I took measurements and that was a day before to pick up the suit, I went a day before and the trousers well zancones me they were, the sack well short and the gasne I do not stay and gave me a tie that the gasne was no longer being used (I do not stay !!!), I did not fit the vest, all this I repeat already in the night a day before of the event for which I really rented a horrible place, I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peorcito en renta de trajes, primero no son de marca conocida, te toman medidas y cuando los vas a recojer te piden que vayas antes y te los ajustan ahí mismo y aparte te los entregan manchados y oliendo a sudur , no los mandan a tintorería, si vas a rentar ahí, piénsalo 10 beses, aparte el dueño es muy prepotente. En pocas palabras,ES UN MUGRERO

Les falta mucho la calidad de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asquerosamente nada recomendable, no tienen el mas mínimo sentido de lo que es atención al cliente, creo que no saben que su giro se trata de servicio.
Te toman medidas y cuando llegas solo te lo entregan con la bastilla corregida y lo demás no lo hacen, haciéndote perder el tiempo.
El “pseudo encargado” o “pseudo dueño” actitud nefasta, mala imagen (para ser una tienda de trajes) y poco sentido de resolución de problemas.
Si tienen que rentar un traje no es el lugar adecuado, busquen otras opciones.
En el tema precio/calidad no vale el precio que pagas por el servicio y producto que te entregan.
Le pongo 1 estrella porque no te permite ponerle cero.
Disgustingly not recommended, they do not have the slightest sense of what customer service is, I think they do not know that their business is about service.
They take measurements and when you arrive they only give it to you with the corrected hem and they don't do the rest, making you waste your time.
The "pseudo manager" or "pseudo owner" disastrous attitude, bad image (for a suit store) and little sense of problem solving.
If you have to rent a suit, this is not the right place, look for other options.
In terms of price/quality, the price you pay for the service and product that they deliver to you is not worth it.
I give it 1 star because it doesn't allow you to give it zero.
