★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El veterinario, Gerardo, es excelente pero el servicio de pensión es muy malo. Llevé a mis dos perritos y me pidieron juguete, platito y cobija, así como entregué la bolsa así me la regresaron. No los taparon ni nada. Los tienen en un lugar súper pequeñito y sospecho que a uno de mis perros ni lo sacaron a hacer sus necesidades puesto que en cuánto yo lo recibí y lo saqué a pasear, no dejaba de hacer del baño, cuando el no es así. La verdad quedé sumamente molesto y nunca más los llevaré ahí.
The vet, Gerardo, is excellent but the pension service is very bad. I took my two dogs and they asked me for a toy, a plate and a blanket, as well as I handed over the bag and they returned it to me. They didn't cover them up or anything. They have them in a super tiny place and I suspect that one of my dogs was not even taken out to relieve themselves since as soon as I received him and took him out for a walk, he would not stop doing the bathroom, when he is not like that. The truth was I was extremely upset and I will never take them there again.
