The reason why I give them 1 star is because in my opinion they handle very expensive prices compared to the work they do. The lady who attended me was always answering messages on her cell phone while she painted my nails. When I removed the cuticle, 3 fingers bled, being that with those prices I expect perfection. In a matter of nails they left me "good", not bad, not perfect, just decent. The real reason why it seemed like a lousy place to me was that when I asked about the service I wanted they gave me a price and when I finished they told me a higher one. If they had told me the true cost from the beginning, I would think twice, however I feel cheated. I didn't have very high expectations of this place and they still managed to disappoint me.
