J	Joel Cahuich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente tiene un servicio pésimo, empezando con la actitud de quienes están en la ventanilla, un trato nada amable ni profesional. Además te hacen esperar si están comiendo o se meten a la oficina de a lado. El lugar está sucio y con falta de mantenimiento. Si tienes una duda, en lugar de explicarte u orientarte, te dicen que llames al número que está detrás de tu recibo y con eso te dan carpetazo. Ojalá algún día se vea mejora en el servicio que presta el ayuntamiento a los usuarios ya que no nos hacen ningún favor. Pagamos por eso. En fin, está es mi humilde opinión. Unfortunately it has a lousy service, starting with the attitude of those who are at the window, a friendly and professional treatment. They also make you wait if they are eating or they go to the office next door. The place is dirty and lacking maintenance. If you have a doubt, instead of explaining or orienting you, they tell you to call the number behind your receipt and with that they give you a folder. Hopefully one day we see improvement in the service provided by the town hall to users as they do us no favor. We pay for that. Anyway, this is my humble opinion.
