★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had communicated about our upcoming transfer and proposed leather tour a couple of months in advance. It was clear we only spoke English yet we were given a driver who could not speak a word of English or even understand us. We understood the tour of a working leather maker couldn’t go ahead and had asked to visit a few high end leather stores instead. We were just given the name of a mass mall with a driver we couldn’t communicate with. I feel we would have been better just getting the bus over to SMDA
