1.- No tienen nada de seriedad ni compromiso con su trabajo.
2.- los técnicos no tiene la experiencia necesaria.
3.- se suponía que repararían, darían mantenimiento y reemplazarian el forro a tubería.
Pues dieron limpieza y cambiaron el forro de la tubería, pero no repararon el clima.
De que me sirve un clima que está limpio si no funciona.
4.- su intención no era repararlo sino que solo pagara yo lo del mantenimiento.
5.- una ve que terminaron el mantenimiento le dije al técnico que si iba a reemplazar un capacitor, por que ese era según todo el problema.
Fue entonces que fingió ir por algo a su maleta, no traía nada en la mano, pero fingió poner algo. NO puso nada solo dijo al probar el clima que era la tarjeta, ya cuando me cotizaron eran más de $5,000.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Supuestamente arreglaron el clima y solo duró unas semanas, cuando quise hacer válida la garantía dijeron que no aplicaba aún cuando había fallado de lo mismo. SON MENTIROSOS Y DESHONESTOS SOLO TE COBRAN CARÍSIMO Y NI TE SOLUCIONAN EL PROBLEMA, ya que si desde un principio te dijeran la verdad no repararía un aparato que ya no tiene solución o que va a seguir fallando de lo mismo, pero ellos lo hacen para cobrar sin importarles si te van a solucionar realmente el problema.
NO LO RECOMIENDO.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Supposedly they fixed the climate and it only lasted a few weeks, when I wanted to make the guarantee valid they said that it did not apply even when it had failed the same. THEY ARE LIAR AND DISHONEST, THEY ONLY CHARGE YOU EXPENSIVE AND NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEM, because if they told you the truth from the beginning, I would not repair a device that no longer has a solution or that will continue to fail the same, but they do it to charge not caring if they are really going to solve the problem.
