Everything was going very well with my routine until they changed the trainer to another branch, my training expired and as usual I requested my new training routine for the next 40 days, I explained how the previous trainer had been working with José and I left Of course I liked it and I didn't, one of the things that I loved about coming back was the app, they give you your routine, they explain it to you a couple of times and that's it, you can exercise little by little on your own... But this time the exercises They don't have a methodology video, they can't be seen, and there are more than two exercises in the same muscle group and obviously that exhausts the muscle and you can't do the last ones of the routine well... I mean, I don't know if it's cool of the app or that the same gym forces you to hire a personal trainer (who is paid well), I'm sad because I was enjoying going back to the gym and now I'm the one who looks for the technique on the internet to do them, I miss coach José :( i knew what i did Oh, he was attentive and friendly!

I chose this smartfit for proximity. I paid for the Black membership so I'll comment on other branches later (only advantage I remember from the m. Black). I think it's a gym with good machines. The condition of the equipment and machines is generally good. I have only detected details in 2 devices, I still have to see and use quite a few so I will update over time. The teachers, instructors (I don't remember the term) seem to me trained and competent. At the moment I have been attended by 2, Pao and Ricardo; Ricardo has been more emphatic in explaining how to perform an exercise and that is why I prefer it. For the routines there is the smart fit App that puts you according to your goals but does not say how often to rest between one and the other. I will see with the instructors if there is a recommended period of days to rest between one routine and another. It has showers and a bathroom (I still don't use them, but I see that several do use them). Try to go at a time when there are not so many people to avoid crowds to do the series. I tried my luck from 6pm to 7:20pm and there were a lot of people. You had to line up 2 to use a machine. Finally the website is not updated with the names of the instructors. Are others. I wish they could update it.

I really like to come, it's an excellent place to exercise. The facilities, machines and weights are in good condition. There are trainers with a very good vibe and attentive staff.
